hola everyone
I would like to know if it is possible to constrain parts across assemblies...
Example: In my current assembly, I have two components: part2 and assembly3; with a rotary component (not constrained, just placed) inside of assembly3.
Now how can I constrain that rotary component using a circular cutout in part2? Is it possible? Is there an easy, accurate workaround to do the same?
Im trying not to simply remove the rotary component and place it as an additional part...although thats usually what happens. I like my parts list and BOM's to match and update automatically...makes my job,...and thus life a lil easier, lol.
Thanks in advance for any input!
