How did you view the dwf or place it in your drawing?

I've just xreffed dwf's into a drawing then could scale it.
How are you trying to change the scale, what is the response/error message?

I believe they are using Autodesk to view the dwf's. They do not have autocad. They need to be able to scale and calculate cabinets and square footages using autodesk. Thank you again for your help.
