Could any one tell where the plotter pen thickness adjustment in plot dialouge box is in autocad 2008LT?

It is the same as with the previous versions - in the Plot style table editor. Press Alt+> (or click the right-arrow on the bottom of the dialog) if you cannot see the Plot style settings.
