I have made custom title blocks here at my company and set everything to be auto-populated based on the iProperties of the item or assembly being brought in.  The only prompted entries are the date and the sheet X or X fields.

The only problem I have is that when the prompted fields come up it defaults to show "all" instead of the just the prompted entry selections.  Is there any way to have the prompted entries fields set up as default so you don't see all the properties each time?

Thanks,
JO

Have you set the "Type" for each text field. When you are editing the title block highlight one of the text fields and right click - edit text. On the left hand side there is a drop down for "type". The ones you want to auto fill based on i-properties should be set to "properties - drawing" and then the corresponding property. The ones you want to be manually filled should be set to "prompted entry".
