Hello Everyone,
I am a new user of Inventor Pro 11.  I have a background based in Autodesk products, but I also have used PRO-E commercially as well.  Are there any tips you can give as far as the setup of the program is concerned.  I am familiar with the customize dialog box in 2008, but still could us a little direction on initial setup of Inventor PRO 11.  Thanks for your help.
Thanks,
Drafter47

There are a bunch of discussion groups out there that will help you.  There are many, many things you can change to match your needs.  One is http://www.avat.com/training/elearning/techtips_action.asp?sgid=4

There are many others but these are good starting points.  For example you should (?) go to Tools-Application Options-Sketch and under Display, try using 2 for the Constraint Toolbar scale.  That makes all the dims, etc. bigger.  Good for high res displays.  Also, I set my planes and origin visible in my template files.  The list goes on...
Good luck.  You've got a lot of learning to do :)
Andy
