What do you mean by "Layer Operating"? What are you trying to do?

hehe, sorry, some words may not correctly express  what's I want to said before. I just want to knowthe operating about layer, for example, create layer, delete layer and so on.

What version of Autocad are you using?
Have you checked your Help files? There's all sorts of information in the Help files about layers and how to work with them.
