I am new user of civil 2011
Wend i make a aliment line it show station in foot and not in meter as need. everywhere in drawing settings has i chainge from foot to meter but wend i make a alimet line it show station in foot.

The first thing you should confirm is that you are using a Metric Template to create your model drawing.
The second thing to check would be the drawing settings in the Toolspace/Settings tab, it will tell you what units your drawing is currently in.
The third thing to check for the station display is the units of the label style, it should be in the toolspace/settings tab under alignment/label styles/station/major station
 
Just confirm that the style is set to units = meters.
