I have just loaded AutoCAD Electrical 2011 from previously using 2008. The first thing I notice is the slow performance in my drawings, just from a stand point of scrolling/zooming. I believe this is the same case whether I am using electrical or mechanical, but I'm curious to know if I can change settings so that it acts as 2008 did.

I believe my issue is that the file I am working on is in 3D model space. Does anyone know how to switch back to 2D model space?
