the easy way is :
use Illustrator open it and save as DFX file
you can open DFX by AutoCAD

Try print2cad....this is the best software for converting files. And once converted you can edit the drawings :D www.backtocad.com is their website......check it out !!! Good luck!

I believe you mean dxf, not dfx. You can also export from Illustrator as dwg. |
