Have used this program from new with few problems. Yesterday during a drawing session I started getting a"Fatal Error: Unhandled Access Violation Exception at 62ce1ch" message followed by a shutdown, a search for a problem, a message that no errors were discovered and a restart. This is now commencing  again after each restart. The only new program I have saved is for a new Canon digital camera. My AVG loads updates periodically as does Windows XP. Any help would be appreciated

Did you install any software just prior to this problem starting, if so try deleteing the software. Also a system restore prior to the start of this problem might help if you believe it was caused by a software installation.
