I have an application where I need to identify drawing change levels by drawing a 'cloud' type line around them. I have tried it as a block but the outline of the cloud varies between drawings, so I think a special linetype is the answer. Can anyone help?

Draw a polyline and then use the REVCLOUD command to turn it into a cloud type of line.

Excellent - didn't even realise there was a standard command that did it!
Many thanks.
