I need help understanding CTB plotting.

I know that the colors are suppose to mean line weights, but what weight do the colors mean and what would I use for say:

Walls, doors (sliding/normal), glaze (full/partial), columns, beams (dashed), Room names, furniture, plumbing fixtures.

And would those weights change in elevation?

Is there a web site that would give me a layer name and then what color that layer should be?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.
