Hey there guys!  Forgive me if this is a newbie question, but I just stumbled in here while looking up some information from a friend.

Are there any apps out there that run on touch screens (tablets or touch-desktop-monitors, Windows 7 platform) that will take in a standard CAD file/drawing and allow the user to manipulate (rotate, zoom) the object(s) with a touch interface?

I'm basically just looking for a simple viewer that would allow the user to look at the drawing with their hands via the touch interface.  Doesn't have to be a full-scale editor or anything like that, just a simple viewer.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!
