 i am working in this field last 10 years but in my computer i want paste some elements one file to another file but it takes lots of time. so, pl, can anyone tell me, quick paste in cad2008 drawing, thanks.

Same as in office program select drawing entities copy them  and paste in a new drawing.

Do you mean about this?
