Hello,

This is probably a simple question:  I have a file that seems to be crashing some of our older PCs, I believe due to size.  To reduce the file size (and/or make the file easier to handle), would it be better to break-out parts of the drawing to other files and x-ref or use create blocks of some of the elements and leave them in the original drawing?

Thanks,
TJ

I would just go on craigslist and buy used PC. You can find pretty fast PCs for cheap - maybe a couple years old. If your old PC is causing this problem, it's probably time to upgrade your machines.
