Can anyone suggest a good Inventor converter where it the .IPT or .IAM file and converts it to a AutoCAD (DWG) 3d model file.

Inventor itself can export 3D DWG models. Or do you need a standalone tool?

As for the conversion to DWG - see the tip:
There is no direct way from STL to IPT/Inventor but you can use our online tool to make 3D DXF and then read it into Inventor. See:
