How do you create the DWG files? Most probably with AutoCAD. And any recent version of AutoCAD can directly export PDF files.

if you have a newer version of autocad (ive got 2010) go to the big "A" scroll down to export then select pdf from the menu and autocad will automatically export your drawings as a PDF to whatever file you choose to save it into
not sure about older versions but hope this helps

Or just plot to pdf using the "DWG to PDF" option in the plot manager. It's been there since 2007 I believe. It used to create pretty ugly pdf's, but it's become much better in the newer releases.

I don't know what you've been using, but if you want good, free, PDF software, check out CutePDF or PDF995.
