how to put/wirte text in your inventor models....saya a rectangular block with your name on it...DeadBig%20smile.........can u put images on you models ?

If you mean e.g. an engraved text - there is a Text tool you can use in your sketches. For images (stickers) there is a Decal tool (or you can use render textures).

Better than engraving might be using be using decals they allow you to put text right on the part without it affecting the geometry.

There is a Decal tool directly in the Part tool panel. F1 describes its usage quite well.
