I M USING AUTOCAD 2008. I M USE AIRAL FONT. SOME TEXT AND DIMENSIONS ARE Z VALUE. I M USE FLATTEN COMMAND. TEXT ARE CHANGED BUT DIMENSIONS ARE NOT CHANGED. PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM.

Try using the old CHANGE command.  The option you need to use is called ELEVATION.

i m use change command and then elevation but not respong.

What do you mean "not responding"?
