Your first step should have been to seek help from the maker of the Arch T program (Acceliarch).  Does the company have an online forum for customers using their product?

You should never uninstall/reinstall to try and solve a problem without first trying all other remedies.  This approach should always be last on your list of things to do.  For example, AutoCAD has a Repair option that should always be attempted first.  I don't know if Acceliarch/Arch T does.

Have you done an Internet search on the error message you were receiving?  If so what were the results of your search?  What did you find out?

When did the problem first occur?  Was it after installing any updates to Windows by any chance?

What version of Windows are you running?  XP?  Vista?  Other?

You failed to answer all my questions.

In the future you should always create a Restore Point before installing any new software.
