How do i make it so that i get the same
 
format  xxx.ctb
A3 size layout
x:/xxx_printerxxx
plot extents
 
when i plot (without having to select individually everytime)?

from FILE tab.... check Page setup manager, your need is there.

Sorry, no. that only applies to current layout. what i want is the same setting to apply to current and all future plots.

Use a template that has your plot info already incorporated in it.

Make a Sheet Set, such that from the next time when you are making a new drawing also, this Sheet set will help you, from the beginning

Problem is I do not always deal with new drawings. Sometimes I have to print like a hundred drawings to the directed format xxx.ctb when they were set to another format like yyy.ctb
