I was trying to transfer Auto cad 2009 LT from one system to another using portable Licensing utility.I exported the license ,But while importing in other system It saying that 'the License Is broken .It need to reactivate'  How can I reactivate the license?

Try contacting your authorized reseller or AutoDesk directly and ask them to reissue the license.
