    Posted: 30.Jun.2011 at 12:21
Hello everybody,
I'm writing to find help for a problem which I'm not finding solutions to.

The problem is:

Our Customer SW Autocad Mechanical 2010 cannot open certain files: these files are developed with Autocad 2010 by our external offices and then edited & saved with an LT version of Autocad 2010.

Autocad LT 2010 doesn't give any problem during file opening, editing, modifying, recovering, auditing and saving.

Same problem when opening the files (from AUTOCAD 2010) with mechanical without involving the LT version.

All the service packs for Autocad Mechanical 2010 have been istalled, but no solution has been found yet.

The message during the opening says "fatal error" (but the SW can read the file, behind the window drawing is visible).
Files are not corrupted.
All versions are correctly licensed.

Have anyone ever had a problem such the one described above???

Any solution, comment or suggestion??

Thanks in advance...

Perhaps this duplicate post should be deleted by the moderators as it will only confuse matters.  I've initiated a response to the other post already.
