Does anyone know of a 3rd party software that will create a topo from imported points? i'm looking for a reasonably priced software, because i'll only be using it occasionally.

I dont know about other softwares , but Surely if you download a trial Revit and then you can do the toposurface there using the absolute coordinates and then export the file in dwg format.
