I am using AutoCAD 2012 to design a model plane at the moment and I seem to be stumped. I want a short, complex object to be made longer but not wider, so in other words I want to stretch it kind of like how you can stretch a picture horizontally in Microsoft Word. I want all of the parts within to stay proportional to the original but I can't figure out how. Thank you in advance.

I doubt that you'll get the results you're looking for but post the drawing and let someone here take a look at it.
