I'm fairly familiar with CADWorx Equipment.  Not sure if I can answer your question but fire away!

CADWorx does have it's own forum, but I have found it to be limited as CADWorx hasn't been used en masse for as long as some of the other design software.

Also, as it's an AutoCAD based software many questions relating to it's operation can be solved in the base AutoCAD environment.
Especially in cases where newer users who are unfamiliar with the CAD environment and therefore unclear as to what constitutes a CADWorx function and what constitutes an AutoCAD function.
