Why when i'm drawing a 3D line by entering x,y,z coordinates,for some reason now,AutoCAD is taking for a reference last point entered instead of UCS

I don't recall the setting, maybe Dynamic Input?
Seems AutoCVAd decided to make the standard coordinate input be relative to last point, I think you override with a # prefix. or change the setting.
