i protected my dvb files (written in vb) but someone has unprotected it using crack tools
 (my password was strong), is there any way to protect a dvb file?

Unfortunately not. You might consider other technologies (VLisp - VLX, or VB.NET - DLL) to better protect your AutoCAD code.
