Sometime its enough to read other questions of problem one had itself and I must say you guys are very helpful and also explain things in a way that non Gurus also can understand

It's a CAD program. It will help you most if you are responsible for creating accurate drawings. You can learn more about the features of the program by visiting the AutoDesk website.
