Is there a way to purchase an older version of AutoCAD say 2006, where can I do this...........Thanks

Your software is a bit old.  I'd give AutoDesk a call and see what they might be willing to do for you (don't hold your breath).  I think you'll be told to update to the 2012 version (AutoCAD MEP) and expect the price to be steep.
