I did work in Project A (old) and now I downloaded Project B (new) on to my server. With all the work I did in Project A, such as adding families, working on a sheet, elevations, floor plans, ceiling plans, etc. how can I import all that work into Project B? I also need to load a Sheet Template from my server on to my Project B?

Try this: http://cad-notes.com/2010/01/saving-families-from-a-project/
You can simply press ctrl + c to copy that object from active project, then press ctrl + v to paste it in other project.
