Please clarify.  Is everything in paper space or is it just your title block/border and viewports?

Did you utilize viewports?  If so, how many are there?

Did you check to see that all layers are "on" or "thawed"?

Is there a Defpoints layer?  If so, what's on it?

One viewport?  That's it?

What scale was assigned to the viewport?

What annotative scale was assigned to the text/dimensions back in model space?

How many xrefs are attached?

What does/does not show up in your print preview?

1, There are base drawings of all floors sections and elevations.

2, The setup drawings which are the annotation drawings have the 2 base drawings xrefed into them.

3. The set up drawings also have the print sheets on paper space

THE PROBLEM
the upper XREFS from  the base drawing with all annotations from model space of this setup sheet sre not showing. There is only one view port

It use to be only one file. but now it has affected about 6 more set up sheets. This work is for a 17 storey building
