Top 10 Labs Projects for 2011Scott Sheppard posted the Top Ten Autodesk Labs projects of 2011 (http://bit.ly/trVdkG) on the It’s Alive in the Lab blog. One big change in the Top Ten is that the technology preview that had held the number one download title since the founding of Autodesk Labs in 2006 had been unseated.

The Google Earth Extension for AutoCAD-based products had held the top download title belt for several years, but in 2011 along came Project Vasari and 123D Catch formerly known as Project Photofly and took the two top download spots.

A very sincere thank you to everyone that that visited Autodesk Labs, downloaded a technology preview, and provided some feedback as that is what it  is all about. We have high expectations and wishes for 2012 to be even greater for not only Autodesk Labs hosted technologies, but for you and your families. Have a very happy and prosperous new year everyone.

Cheers,
Shaan
