Hey! What Video card specifications do you prefer to boost up AutoCAD? as of now my video card is at default/typical windows supplied. I do 3D drawings but limited on doing animations & rendering, i'm also limited to Windows XP OS. I use AutoCAD 2011, Any recommendations?

Also, Sorry in advance if i cannot reply to your suggestions, i don't know why but when i post a reply after somenone's comments it automatically becomes a pre-approved post and needs a moderator to approve it, i apologize for my previous questions before for i didn't got the chance to say thanks, so thanks in advance,Big%20smile

Tweaking your settings can be done using the 3dconfig command.

What card do you have and how much vidRAM is onboard?

Rendering is CPU and RAM intensive.  What are your system specs?

We recommend using one of the Autodesk-certified graphics cards for AutoCAD 2010 and higher. The graphics requirements have increased a lot, especially for 3D.
