I' ve used Softdesk 8 with acad R14 before.
I don't know Softdesk work with Acad 2007 or not.
Anyone have experience with Softdesk help me.

It will not work but you will probably not need it - most of the Softdesk functionality is now included in the AEC versions of AutoCAD - AutoCAD Architecture, AutoCAD Civil 3D or AutoCAD MEP.
