I discovered a site:

Actually you substitute a desired city name for where you would like to know if it is raining. The Bay Area is characterized by microclimates. So although it may be raining in Moraga, it wouldn't be in Oakland. So have fun with this for your local areas. It was raining a while ago, but isn't right now.

Our daughter works in Public Relations for Hyatt Regency Hotels. Although she lives and works in Chicago, today she is in New Orleans on business. I wonder how her day is going.
