I'd read the user manuals that you can find in :
C:\Program Files\AutoCAD 2013\Setup\Docs with a name like : acad_acr.pdf or find all the PDF files in : C:\Program Files\AutoCAD 2013
Or have an official or unofficial trainning curse.........

The initial reviews are already out.  Find one and read it.  More information will begin to trickle out soon.  Ralph Grabowski usually puts out an ebook before AutoDesk ships a new release with explanations of all the new features.  You can also check the blog at JTB World.
"Humans have a strength that cannot be measured. This is John Connor. If you are reading this, you are the resistance."

Several links on the upcoming version follow:

If it's books on the 2013 version you're after you'll have to wait... they won't start to hit the shelves (electronic or otherwise) until after the new product ships.
