ANY ONE HELP ME I WANT TO CONVERT DRAWING DIGREE SECOND MIN FORMAT TO METER FORMAT.

Assuming that you are in autocad. The 'units' command will bring up the correct dialog box.

Select what you want to change. and then you'll type the Units command.
