Make a repair in this way.

Go to Control Panel-->Add or Remove programs-->AutoCAD 200x-->
Change/Remove click on change and use Repair Option.

I am afraid the during installing again .

The your Registry of AutoCAD didn't change  after new installing.
So before the reinstalling clear registries of AutoCAD.

Or try  doing it  in safe mode as Administrator.
