My question is can AutoCAD Map 3D 2010 print multiple layout tabs in duplex printing directly to a printer?

I have set my pagesetup manager for each layout tab to print to the selected printer. I have also played around with my printer settings within the publish command and the printer itself but it will only print to one side of the sheet.

I know how to publish to a PDF or DWF file but the drawings I'm dealing with are really large. The largest is currently 204 MB as a PDF.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Isn't duplex printing a function of the printer itself?

Start the PLOT command.  At the PLOT dialog window find the Properties button opposite the Name of the Printer and click on it.  On the Device and Document Settings tab look under Media for the entry Duplex Printing.  If there is a red "X" through the paper icon then you are out of luck.
