When I go to open a drawing  and the "select file" dialogue box appears, how can I set it so I always have small icons?

I'm ruinning LT2002 on Vista.

Would you  increase size of your Icons ?
what about in explorer are they  smalls.?

If I browse doucumets in vista, the icons are small.

You will need to use a compatible version - LT2002 is not compatible in Vista. Either upgrade your AutoCAD or downgrade your OS.
