Hi there.

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to add a wipeout to multi leaders as a default? I am using leaders in layouts and have to go and draw wipeouts around each one, which is plain irritating and time consuming!Angry

LampAny tips?? Please

The best is probably to QSELECT all of the multileaders in your drawing and then go to Properties and set the Text Background Mask to "yes".

Unfortunately unlike the DIMSTYLE dialog, the MLEADERSTYLE setup does not offer a Fill Color option to set a background mask as a default.

Bugs me too.Angry

The only other option is what we would have to call a "pay as you go" technique.  Here you select the mleader arrowhead and landing locations and then before typing any text, Right click, select Background mask, and set the parameters.

At this point you enter the text and it will be masked when you exit the command.
