The Shanghai Tower is one of our exhibits in our Gallery at One Market. I have blogged about it before.

Ben Cochran is our Software Architect for Autodesk Labs. He is currently working on technologies related to delivering Autodesk applications in rapid fashion. This includes technology previews like Project Twitch and others such as those being used for the online trials of AutoCAD LT.

Ben is visiting our Shanghai office this week. Knowing I am an Autodesk Gallery ambassador, Ben sent me two photos of the Shanghai Tower which is under construction. I thought I would share them with you.

Photo1
Ben noted that you can see this Shanghai Tower under construction between the Jinmano Tower (right) and the Shanghai World Financial Center (left). The little blurry light near the top of the Shanghai Tower are the iron workers who are building the tower 24 hours a day.

Photo2
You can see the Shanghai Tower under construction to the left of the Shanghai World Financial Center. It has the cranes on top.

Thanks Ben.

Watching the imagination become real is alive in the lab.
