Hello,

I'm looking for letters or fonts that can be used with a CNC program.

I'm sure this is either going to have to be done with blocks of letters, or the way I have been doing it and tracing the desired fonts.

You don't have to trace them.  This can be accomplished in AutoCAD by a couple of different methods.  One method here (see post #19):
