Welcome to something commonly known in the industry as:

DESIGN.

It may be that Starbucks, McDonalds, WalMart, Target, Costco, Menards, and other large shops have standard floor plan designs... but it's not likely you've been hired by one of them.  It's equally unlikely you'll find any of their layouts online.

You're in a business where you get hired to think.  That's what you need to do right now.  Not copy and paste what someone else did.

You might check through the CAD Blocks section here or over at the CAD Block Exchange Network.  People will post all kinds of different drawings.  However, the possibility of getting anything with a good amount of useful detail will probably be rather slim.  Kind of like hunting for the proverbial needle in a haystack.

At the CBEN click on "Floor Plans".  That will most likely be the best place to start.

Also take a look at the website 3DModelFree.com for store layouts.  I think I saw one for a clothing store but who knows what else they might have.

I have to thank John and Rowan10 for the useful information and guidance provided. It is indeed very helpful and much appreciated on my part.

I just hope that David understands that the essence of a forum such as this is to lend a hand and graciously share pertinent information in responding to legitimate inquiries from others, and not to needlessly stump on others or cut them down simply because you think that you can.

Anyhow no hard feelings on my part, truly there is enough negativity in the world already and I certainly have no need or desire to contribute to the sorry state of things in any way, shape or form.

oh, forgot to mention that they are pdf files that contain vectors, so simply pull the vectors with the appropriate program and import into your CAD or vector aware photo program ;)
