I use Acad V14 and have not much experience. I draw the plan view of a pillow block 90x45mm with 8 bolt holes 5mm each. I want to print this drawing to actual size to use it as a bolt pattern but I cant get it printed actual size

On the print configuration window the Window button is clicked and then I press the other Window button and I pick the corners of my drawing. Paper size is selected as MM. Scale is 25.4=1. Scale to fit is NOT selected. I click on print preview Full and I get just a part of my drawing filling almost all the page. If I select scale to fit then I get the drawing on the the entire page

What am I doing wrong?
