hello, i have done a large topographical map in autocad and lofted the layers together to created about a hundred feet in elevation, but i wanted to know how i can smooth all the complicated layers (lattices created in the loft).. is it easier/and/or better looking to have the smoothing (and how can it be done) done in autocad or 3ds max? if you can give a step instruction i would appreciate it.

thanks very much for your guidance
