non-associative dimension explanation mark

Hi all,
 
 How do i turn off the non-associative dimension expalanation marks and keep the off in AutoCAD 2013.
 
 They are really starting to annoy me. I know the are non- associative, after all that's what i asked for, and I'm in charge not AutoCAD.
