You can try one of the PDF to DWG converters but don't expect great results and don't believe the hype about how well they work either.  If you don't have to make edits to the converted drawing they do a decent job but if you do have to make extensive edits you would be better off drawing everything from scratch.

I tried the freebie online but they did not work very well.
I guess it's back to the basic and quit trying to take the eazy way out.

You should try Aide PDF to DXF Converter. I use it a lot. It work great when you convert a pdf that was made from a cad drawing.
