I have users getting this up to 15 times a day shutting them down, and loosing work they always say the same except the 0x0205 portion changes. They have nothing in common sometimes after 10 min of use, sometimes at start up, no certain command just anything. Anyone have any ideas?

No not when printin that I have heard, just in the middle of a command a simple as move, or offset, or copy
